This privacy policy applies to the ProPer life app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Pavlo Tsymbalistyi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS."

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages

• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application collects your device's approximate location to enable the following:

1. Geolocation Services: Location data is used to provide personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based features.

2. Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the performance and functionality of the Application.

3. Third-Party Services: Anonymized location data may be shared periodically with external services to enhance and optimize the Application.

The Service Provider may also use the information provided to contact you from time to time for important updates, required notices, and promotional purposes.

User Registration Information

During registration in ProPer Life, the Application collects:

• User name

• Email address

• City

This information is used solely for user identification and to ensure the Application’s functionality. Users may also provide a unique @username for use within the Application. For a better experience, additional personally identifiable information (such as email, username, name, and city) may be collected and retained as described in this privacy policy.

Data Storage and Editing

All user data is stored in the Google Firebase database indefinitely. The Application plans to implement functionality within the next 1-2 months to allow users to edit and delete their profile data. Users may also contact the Service Provider at pp.life.ceo@gmail.com to request changes to their data.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to third-party services to improve the Application and its features. These third-party services have their own privacy policies regarding data handling. The Application uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services

• AdMob

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

1. As required by law (e.g., compliance with subpoenas or legal processes)

2. To protect the rights, safety, or property of users or others

3. To trusted service providers working on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they adhere to this privacy policy

Opt-Out Rights

Users can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application through the standard uninstall process available on their mobile device or via the application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

User-provided data will be retained as long as the Application is in use and for a reasonable period thereafter. Users can request the deletion of their provided data by contacting the Service Provider at pp.life.ceo@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit data from individuals under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete such data immediately. Parents or guardians aware of their child’s data submission are encouraged to contact pp.life.ceo@gmail.com to facilitate its removal.

Security

The Service Provider takes appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect user data. However, no security system is foolproof, and users should be aware of potential risks.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application implies consent to any updates. Changes will be effective upon updating this page.
